On a personal note, my family has faced a significant challenge: my 6-year-old son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes before he turned 3 years old. Managing his condition has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of finding innovative solutions to complex problems—skills I bring to my professional life every day.
